Robinson boys Sneak Peek

Loved working with these two boys. We took Oliver's three month old pictures and boy, is he a strong boy! Then his older brother woke up and all ready for his close up (with bribery of toys, food and a hamburger). We all had a lot of fun trying to get smiles and making George do his awesome laughing pictures. Hope to photograph these two guys more as they grow!

This was such a sweet family. Bunny's dad has recently been diagnosed with cancer but you would never know it. Not only did he, but his whole family have such strength and love for each other. I was able to photograph this sweet new little girl last week. Not only was she just perfect and so alert but I think she is going to have her mommy's dimples. We were able to get some good shots and Emma finally got tired right at the end of the session. We braved the freezing cold weather (and I mean like 10 degrees outside weather) and got some great shots. They were great sports and I think their smiles eventually just got frozen on their faces. :) It was really cool to go to the place where he proposed in Indiana and do the pictures for them. I hope they will be able to always look at these pictures and remember that moment. Their colors for their wedding are going to be red and black, so I busted out the old skills of coloring and I think we got the effect that they wanted. I went way overboard on my black and whites but I couldn't help it! Every picture we took was filled with this sweet little perfect baby..... little baby hungry for that hour and then I was over it. Claire was so wonderful for us with all the flashes and moving her here and there. I decided I love being the photographer because I get to see these sweet new babies while they are about a week old - way before most anyone else..... but with a lot of purell on my hands!

You saw her on here as a new born and then each milestone after that. Now she is one! Where has time gone!? We went to a park here in Kentucky and did some pictures of her and then some at home. I saw her hat at Lil Luna blog and got her cupcake at Gigi's cupcakes. She didn't really smile at all because she was to interested in what she was eating but hey... they still turned out!

I didn't think that even after all the laughs last year that we had during their pictures that we would have more. I was wrong. Grant and Maddie are so fun to photograph and gave me a good laugh. One year older, and they are both just so cute.

Also, just for all of you who I know are wondering... Maddie's bows are made by Maddie Darling Boutique. Jen sells her bows at Monkey Dooz and she is soooo talented! So make sure you have her make you some and get your bow collection going! My daughter wears them all the time.

Well.... life happened in a blink of an eye and within 12 hours of a great phone call, we were moving to Kentucky. I didn't make the move until about 5 weeks later due to family occasions and well... not having a house there yet!

So Lookhart Photography is now based out of Louisville, Kentucky! Hopefully I will be able to meet many new people out here and get some great clients. I will adjust the prices and travel and what not soon! Still trying to not live out of boxes!

My oldest nephew is a senior this year! Crazy how time is going by so fast! We headed to the train depot (very very early) for his pictures. The lighting was great and he seemed to just love the camera. We even had to take his fun debate pictures, which turned out wonderful!

I got to finally take some pictures for my brother and his family. I am biased though... I have the cutest niece and nephew! We had so much fun! Lots of running around and looking at ducks. The pictures turned out so nice! Thanks for bringing your bench Sheri! It just made the pictures pop!

This was a fun shoot for me (and a great workout!). Jenny has known me since I was a little girl and it was so fun to take their family pictures.
